About damage in transit
We use reliable courier services to ensure that your order reaches you as safe as possible. However, there are always accidents and unforeseen situation that is out of our control, such as tired delivery personnel.
In order to prevent proof to the courier service provider, Please keep record to show the condition of your order upon receives. Please do the following if possible:
1) Take photos before opening
2) Take video of your unboxing experience (or photo on each step of unboxing)
3) For products with seals sticker/sealing wrap/boxes, take a photo before taking it out of parcel box/deliver package.
4) For Shabondama Products, test the pump upon receive.
In the event that wrong goods are received, damaged or defected on receives (leaked, broken glass, opened package), kindly please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of the receipt of your product, and present us with the evidence.
We will reply to your email shortly and try to rectify your problem soonest possible.
We do not accept cancellation request once the item had been shipped.
