All orders will be delivered through Courier Services to the shipping address indicated by you. Orders are shipped on business days ONLY (Monday – Friday, excluding Malaysia National Holidays).

Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3 – 5 working days after order verification and payment is finalized.

Please provide the CORRECT shipping address where someone will be home to receive the parcel and a VALID phone number, otherwise, you will be informed to collect your parcel from the nearest courier office or other arrangement must be made.

Orders are shipped within Malaysia only (Including Sabah & Sarawak). We do not ship to P.O. Box address.
For Sabah & Sarawak, in the event that the order is held by Customs, you will need to resolve the requests by Customs officer and any extra cost arise to complete your delivery.

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.

Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM200 and above.


What to do if your order is not delivered.
In the event that your order is not delivered within reasonable time, it may be due to failed delivery attempts please contact the courier service with your tracking number to arrange the suitable delivery schedule.

Once the delivery status become “Delivered” or equivalence, we consider the order is completed. If you suspect your parcel is delivered to incorrect location, please kindly confirm with courier services, and then contact us at

I got the wrong address, can I cancel my order?
Once the order is shipped, we do not accept cancellation.

Can you ship my order to two addresses?
Please place a separate order.
